From what she's gleaned about Kida - and the royalty here as well - a large part of her surmises that this audience won't be entirely peaceful. It doesn't exactly please her that they're resorting to such means, but there's few options left to them now.
Best she can do is make sure they're all prepared.]

[ Kida's not planning on resorting to force if she can help it--she's seen enough of it already. Riza, unfortunately, has no way of knowing that for now.
But she also knows her own nature--and she has a tendency to be hotheaded. Riza's been a pacifying influence before, and as a result Kida trusts her instincts. Goodness knows there's no one else she'd rather have on her right. Pearl is too high-strung and Loki...well. He's himself, and better suited elsewhere. ]
I will call upon the others--we will require a vanguard to distract the guardsmen, and those better at infiltration than I to penetrate the building and discover what we can.

Likely there's still some way to go before they nail down a good plan of attack (or infiltration, in this particular case) but she'll be able to focus better on the task presented to her.
